A homelessness initiative that provides emergency and short-term accommodation to homeless/at risk of homlessness adults, youth and families and helps them take steps toward securing long-term, safe, affordable housing. 

                                        Return to Work Program
A program that assists people who are either diagnosed with a mental illness or have mental health problems to access and maintain competitive employment.

                                                 Warm Line
A non-crisis call-in line for people experiencing loneliness, isolation or mental health issues and are in need of a friendly listener.

                               Assertive Telephone Oureach Program
A telephone call-out program for people who are referred from the Crisis Intervention Centre. Callers to the Crisis Intervention Centre are informed about the program and, if they choose, they can join and receive a call once a day. 

                                         Future Wellness
A support program for people who have been diagnosed with a serious mental ilneess and for those who are making the step from hospital to home.

                           Anger Management for Women

A support program for women to learn about what anger is, and how to break the cycle of anger.

A support group for people with depression to help them cope with this common condition

A program that helps expand public awareness and understanding of mental illness

                                   Information and Referral
A program that provides printed information on mental illness, refers people to community agencies and offers informed support over the phone.
